HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM THE TYPICAL WEBSITE DESIGNER?
My collaborative "done with you" web design approach puts you in the driver's seat for your new website, no surprises, and I will teach you how to use it. That way, you can maintain it yourself without paying me (or someone else) every time you want to add a blog post or update the copy or content.
HOW MUCH DOES A WEBSITE BUILD COST?
A fully optimized website "built with you" and to your business specs (i.e., size, functionality, turnaround time, etc.) typically ranges between $1,800 to $4,500. Each project differs in price depending on your needs.
WHY DOES IT COST SO MUCH?
I am not building a website for you; we create a website together. I'll teach you how to use it with in-depth tutorials based on your individual needs. No surprises or confusion. You have a website that is made exactly how you want and need, no more, no less.
You can get a cheaper cookie-cutter website template for less, but it's hard to stand out with a site that looks just like all your competitors.

WHAT DOES IT NOT INCLUDE?
Content creation, i.e., copywriting, editing, or blogging.
WHAT IF I DON'T NEED A COMPLETELY NEW WEBSITE BUILT? JUST A BIT OF SPRUCING UP?
A site spruce-up begins with your current website keeping what is working and eliminating what isn't working, updating the look and functionality. Site spruce-ups can include selecting royalty-free, high-quality images, tweaking SEO, and minor color scheme font/typography changes.
A word of advice: I've often found that once a client begins sprucing up their site, they want to redo the whole website.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
A website can take up to 4-10 weeks, depending on how quickly you contribute your portions of the design project. We can talk in more detail about this on a discovery call. A website rebuild or spruce will typically take a shorter amount of time. If you need an accelerated timeline, please inquire about rush charges.
HOW DO WE MEET UP?
I can meet with you locally (DC/Metro Area, if I travel to you; additional travel costs may apply), in business time is money, so Zoom meetings are more convenient for both of us.
